Villa Silvia with Swimming Pool in Paratico has a 800 sqm garden and with nearly 300 sqm living space, this villa offers a wonderful ambience. Villa Silvia is the middle house of 3 houses. The house to the left is rarely occupied, the house to the right is permanently inhabited. Villa Silvia offers you 4 bedrooms for 9 people plus a bed for children (10 people) and 3 bathrooms, as well as kitchen and living area. The owner Silvia speaks of course Italian, but also some English and French. This vacation villa in Paratico can be rented all year long. From the villa you can immediately start for a walk or hiking tour. Pool season is dependant on the weather, but normally from  end of May or beginning of June to mid / late September.

The house is equipped with every comfort: you have 4 bedrooms for 9 – 10 people, 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning, kitchen, stove, dishwasher, freezer, dining area, heating, DVD Player, TV, fireplace, Baby high chair, cot, vacuum cleaner, garden, deck chairs and garden furniture and BBQ with outdoor seating. There are also several parking lots.

It is a wonderful place to relax , and at the same time you are also very fast on Lake Iseo. It really is an oasis of peace, ideal for summer and winter season. In the summer, ideal for lovers of water sports , in winter season ideal starting point to go to the nearby neighborhood ski and snowboard areas.
