Casa Ulivi with Swimming Pool in Paratico is a lovely holiday house, located directly to the shore of Lake Iseo. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the huge pool area for swimming , sunbathing and relaxing. Supermarkets, wine bars, ice cream shop , bistro and restaurants are in close proximity to this vacation house. You can walk to Sarnico within two minutes, but also start hiking from here or have a nice walk along the lake. Casa Ulivi is owned by the Italian family that runs also the small and charming Ulivi hotel, and has been recently renovated and brand new furnished. On request small pets are allowed.

The vacation house Casa Ulivi offers an area of approximately 75 square meters. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , satellite TV, Internet access / WLAN , living-kitchen area, with a sofa bed and a small terrace – perfect for relaxing. You can take also advantage on the big outdoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace and a garden. There you can enjoy the sun and the views over Lake Iseo. Ideal for 2 – 6 people.
